Track 18 nutrients for your kids. Scan a snack, see its score.
A food tracker for kids: log a meal from a photo, a barcode or a few words. A scan shows a score from 0 to 100 worked out for your child's age, and why: added sugar, additives, how processed it is.

Sito grows with your child
The Allergen Ladder
4 months to 2 years
With a check-in after each one
Egg, peanut, milk, wheat, soy, sesame, tree nuts, fish and shellfish, one at a time: a small amount first, then at least once a week to keep it up. After each one we ask how it went, and if something happens, we note it and ask before adding it to your child's allergies.
Sito for Babies
Starting Solids
4 months to 4 years
The right cut for every age, from the first spoon
How to serve each of 583 foods at your child's age, from the first spoon to age 4, with choking hazards flagged until 4 and whole nuts until 5. For babies 4 to 11 months it adds the signs of readiness and a quick log for every taste and texture.
Sito for Babies
Log meals, track 18 nutrients
From 1 year
Five ways to log, not just calories
Take a photo of the plate and we identify the food and estimate the portion. Log what came back too, so the numbers show what your child really ate, not what you hoped. Iron, calcium, zinc, vitamin D, fiber and added sugars show against daily ranges set for your child's age.
Scan before you buy
From 1 year
A score out of 100, with the reasons
Scan a barcode in the grocery aisle and get a score from 0 to 100 built for kids, not adults, that adapts to your child's age. We tell you why: sugars, additives, ingredient quality.
How We Score
Your weekly report
From 1 year
What went well, what to focus on next
Every week we turn seven days of meals into a clear report: what is going well, the one thing to focus on next, and how each nutrient is trending.
Ask anything about them
Every age
Answers built around their age and meals
“She only eats beige food. How do I get more color on her plate?” Ask any time and get answers built around your child's age and what they eat.
Watch them grow
Every age
WHO charts under 2, CDC charts from 2
Add height and weight and see where your child sits on the charts pediatricians use, with the range doctors expect drawn in: WHO charts under 2, CDC charts from 2.
A report for their doctor
Every age
One PDF before the checkup
Before a checkup, one PDF with growth, nutrients, a meal diary and the allergens your child has tried; the sections follow their age. We make it on your phone, and nothing is sent until you share it.
Every child, both parents
Every age
One account for the whole family
Each child gets their own profile and their own targets. Invite the other parent with a code: you both log meals and see the same kids, and nobody has to text about lunch.
Every age
One app as they grow
Brothers and sisters each get their own profile, and Sito shows each one what fits their age.
Kids and Sito
What does scanning a food actually tell me?
A number from 0 to 100, and a word for how often it belongs in their week: everyday, most days, sometimes, once in a while, or rarely. Under it we show what drove the number, in plain language. Additives, added sugar, sodium, how processed it is.
My child is a picky eater. Can Sito help?
Ask our assistant. It knows what your child has actually eaten this week, so when you ask how to get fiber into someone who refuses vegetables, the answer is about your child rather than about children in general.
Can I track nutrition for multiple children in one app?
Yes. Each child gets their own profile and their own targets, built from their age, height and weight. A two-year-old and an eight-year-old need very different things, and Sito treats them that way.
Can I share Sito with my child's doctor?
Yes. Before a checkup, make one PDF with growth, nutrients, a meal diary and the allergens your child has tried, and share it or print it. The report comes in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian or Dutch.
How much does Sito cost?
Free to download, with a free trial. A subscription opens the whole app, and the current price is shown there. It is on iOS and Android.
