Delete Your Account & Data
Sito gives you full control over your account and everything associated with it — your children's profiles, meal logs, nutrition history, AI chat history, recipes, and meal photos. You can delete it all at any time using either method below.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)
This is the fastest way and works no matter how you signed up — whether with email, Google, or Apple. Because you're already signed in, no extra verification is needed.
- Open the Sito app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile screen.
- Tap "Delete all my data & account" to permanently delete your account and all data, or "Delete all my data" if you want to clear your data but keep your account.
Account deletion is permanent, immediate, and cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't open the app, email us at berkay@sitonutri.com and ask us to delete your account. Send your request from the email address associated with your account so we can confirm it's you:
- Signed up with email or Google: email us from that same address.
- Signed in with Apple using "Hide My Email": send from your Apple private-relay address (the one on your account), or include a couple of account details — such as a child's first name and roughly when you signed up — so we can verify you.
We'll confirm by email once your account and data have been deleted.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- All children's profiles and their associated information
- All meal logs, nutrition summaries, and food preferences
- All AI chat sessions and messages
- All custom recipes
- All meal photos stored in cloud storage
Data retention
When you delete your data, it is removed from our primary systems promptly. Any residual copies in backups are removed within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain data by law. We do not retain your personal information or your children's information beyond these periods.
